MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION

OF

The Hong Kong Flying Club.

First.-The name of the Company is THE HONG KONG FLYING CLUB.

Second. The Registered Office of the Company will be situate in Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong.

Third. The objects for which the Company is established are:-

a) To teach and promote flying in the Colony

of Hong Kong.

(b) To offer to the Government of Hong Kong trained pilots, engineers and flying person- nel in the event of any emergency or crisis. (c) To afford to members of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps opportunity for gaining experience in all branches of flying and to assist that Corps in the formation of a flying arm or branch.

(d) To place the whole of the organisation, undertaking and property of the Company at the disposal of the Government when and so often as the Governor in Council of the Colony of Hong Kong shall declare that a state of emergency exists in the Colony in pursuance of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance No. 5 of 1922 or any subsisting statutory mcdification thereof.
